We are committed to making your online shopping experience run as smoothly as possible.

We accept online payment with VISA or MasterCard. Our shopping cart is operated by PayGate using industry-standard SSL
secure technology to prevent your personal information from being intercepted.

Privacy

Our privacy policy is simple - we will not use the information you provide for any purpose other than processing your order and occasionally communicating with you about new work. We will not sell, rent or loan any info about you to any third party.



Shipping and Handling

We will ship your in-stock order within 2-3 business days via DHL International (or other contracted carrier.) Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. For orders placed during a weekend or holiday, we try our best to ship on the next business day. Due to the nature of the product, only one item can be packed per box thus multiple orders incur multiple transport costs.

As all works are handcrafted, made-to-order art works will each be given individually quoted projected shipping dates.

Please note that as the Buyer, you are liable for any import taxes or duties charged in your country.

• - NB: We currently have agreements with DHL to deliver to 230 countries internationally. You will see these details when placing your order and choosing your residence. If your country is not listed please contact us for a custom quote for shipping.

 

Returns


As a high standard of quality is very important to us, your art works will be individually checked and then carefully packed. Each handcrafted work has its own certificate of authenticity, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, just let us know within 48 hours after receipt. If the works are returned to us in their original packaging and undamaged, you will be refunded the full cost of the art piece. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you are unfortunate enough to have any breakages you will also be refunded. In this case we would appreciate a photograph of the damaged item to assist with any resulting insurance claim we may have to make.
